Pio Terei
Pio Keith Terei (born 1958) is a Māori actor, singer and comedian on New Zealand television. Early career Early in his working life he sold light commercial trucks for 14 years. In 1995 Terei headlined his own TV3 show ''Pete and Pio'' with fellow comedian Peter Rowley. After the success of ''Pete and Pio'', Terei led his own show called ''Pio!'', featuring similar skits to his previous programme. It ran from 1997 to 1999 and it was during this period that he hosted the ''Coca Cola Christmas in the Park''. When ''Pio!'' was cancelled in 1999, Terei moved to the TVNZ network. In 2000, Terei led a TVNZ programme entitled ''The Life and Times of Te Tutu'', a comedy following the daily life of an 1800s Māori chief. Under his own Pipi Productions company, ''The Life and Times of Te Tutu'' played weekly until cancelled in 2001, when Terei ceased work under Pipi Productions. Hercules In The Maze Of The Minotaur
''Hercules in the Maze of the Minotaur'' is the fifth and final television movie in the syndicated fantasy series ''Hercules: The Legendary Journeys''. In the film, Hercules has given up his days of traveling and has settled down to spend some time with his family. When a distant village is threatened by an unseen monster, Hercules is called upon to help save the village from the monster. Plot In a sun-dappled forest, two men are searching for buried treasure. They pace out the step given with the map, and discover a cave overgrown with bushes. The two men break through the plants and enter the cave. In the cave they find a huge wooden door, as they try to get through the door, a monster breaks through the door and chases after them. Young Hercules
''Young Hercules'' is a prequel series to the television series ''Hercules: The Legendary Journeys'' the originally aired on Fox Kids Network. It premiered on September 12, 1998 and ended on May 14, 1999, with a total of 50 episodes over the course of 1 season. It stars Ryan Gosling in the title role. The series was based on Heracles. Plot The show features the efforts of Ares, the god of war, played by Kevin Tod Smith, who attempts often to destroy his younger half-brother to win over Zeus' good graces. Among his group is his nephew Strife (Joel Tobeck), who is the rather weaker member of the team. Strife's mother is Discord, goddess of retribution (Meighan Desmond), who acts more level-headed and power hungry than her counterpart on more than one occasion. The term came from French in the 15th century, with the meaning "borderland"—the region of a country that fronts on another country (see also marches).
