Pink Revolution (album)
''Pink Revolution'' is the third full-length studio album by South Korean girl group Apink. It was released on September 26, 2016 following a hiatus of one year and two months. The title track, "Only One", was used to promote the album along with B-tracks "Boom Pow Love" and "Ding Dong". Release The full album was released on September 26, 2016 at midnight. Shortly following the album's release, the title track topped seven Korean music charts. Singles The first single from the album, "The Wave" (네가 손짓해주면), was written by group leader Park Cho-rong and was released on April 19, 2016, as a 5th Anniversary song for Apink's fans. The group debuted on April 19, 2011, with the extended play (EP) ''Seven Springs of Apink.'' Park Cho-rong
Park Cho-rong (born March 3, 1991), better known mononymously as Chorong, is a South Korean singer, songwriter and actress. She is best known as the leader of the South Korean girl group Apink. Early life Park Cho-rong was born in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, South Korea on March 3, 1991. She is a middle child, having an older and a younger sister. As a daughter of a Hapkido master and academy owner, Park was trained in the said martial art for eight years. She trained from her first year in elementary school until her third year of junior high; she is a holder of a third degree black belt. During her school days, Park had attended Byungsul Kindergarten, Bukang Elementary School, Bukang Middle High School, and Choongbook High School. Mayu Wakisaka
is a singer-songwriter, composer, and lyricist based in Tokyo, Japan. Mayu grew up in Osaka, Japan, and studied law at Kyoto University. In 2007, she quit law school to pursue her career as a singer-songwriter and moved to Los Angeles. While studying music at LA Music Academy, Mayu self-produced her first EP "Stars Won't Fall", from which "24 Hours" got featured in Sony Walkman as a preload song, attracting an international fanbase. Hayley Michelle Aitken (born 11 April 1986) is an Australian pop singer-songwriter and record producer who also performs mononymously as Hayley. A girl group is a music act featuring several female singers who generally harmonize together.
