Pietro Carloni
Pietro Carloni (28 October 1896 – 3 August 1968) was an Italian stage and film actor. Life and career Born in Taurisano, Lecce into a family of actors, Carloni debuted on stage at young age in the theatrical company held by Ernesto Murolo. In 1921 he met on stage Titina De Filippo, whom he married one year later and with whom he started a long professional association, appearing in almost all her stage works. Carloni was also active in films and in television miniseries, mainly cast in character roles. His siblings Ester, Maria, Adelina and Ettore were fellow actors. His sister Adelina (or Adele) Carloni married his wife Titina's brother Peppino De Filippo. Well-known actor Eduardo De Filippo was another of his wife's siblings. Aldo Fabrizi
Aldo Fabrizi (; born Aldo Fabbrizi; 1 November 1905 – 2 April 1990) was an Italian actor, director, screenwriter and comedian, best known for the role of the heroic priest in Roberto Rossellini's ''Rome, Open City'' and as partner of Totò in a number of successful comedies. Life and career Born in Rome into a humble family, Fabrizi debuted on stage in a suburban theater in 1931. He soon got local success thanks to his comical sketches and '' macchiette'' (i.e. comical monologues caricaturing stock characters), and became a star of the Roman revue and ''avanspettacolo''. He made his film debut during the war, in 1942, and in a short time established himself as one of the most talented actors of the time, spacing from comedy to drama. They're Mario, Alvaro and Otello, aided by a trickster, Professor Semprini, who claims to be a great intellectual. In reality the man is just the garbage boy of the upright lawyer Mazzoni Baralla, who goes on the trail of the three boys as soon as they attempt the shot. Indeed, Alvaro, Mario and Otello are arrested, after being deceived by Semprini, who demands from them a payment for the design of the plan.
