Phan Thị Kim Phúc (; born April 6, 1963), referred to informally as the girl in the picture and the Napalm girl, is a South Vietnamese-born Canadian woman best known as the nine-year-old child depicted in the Pulitzer Prize–winning photograph, titled "The Terror of War", taken at Trảng Bàng during the Vietnam War on June 8, 1972. The image, taken for the Associated Press by a 21-year-old Vietnamese-American photographer named Nick Ut, shows her at nine years of age running naked on a road after being severely burned on her back by a South Vietnamese napalm attack. She later founded the Kim Foundation International to provide aid to child victims of war. Đặng Hữu Phúc
Đặng Hữu Phúc (born June 4, 1953) is a Vietnamese pianist and composer best known for his film scores. A graduate of the Hanoi Conservatory, he has penned over 60 works, primarily for film and theatre. In 2001 he won the Vietnam National Film Award Best Music for ''The Season of Guavas''. Then he subsequently won the ''Best Music'' prize in 2005 at the 8th Shanghai International Film Festival for his work on Hồ Quang Minh's film ''Thời xa vắng'' ("A Far Time Past") based on the novel of the same name by Lê Lựu. Đặng is best known as a composer of symphonies and orchestral music, combining this traditional European style of music with elements of traditional Vietnamese music, such as Nhạc dân tộc cải biên. Nguyễn Phúc Luân
Nguyễn Phúc Luân or Nguyễn Phúc Côn (wikt:阮, 阮wikt:福, 福wikt:㫻, 㫻, 24 October 1733– 30 January 1765) was a son of Nguyễn Lords, lord Nguyễn Phúc Khoát and father of Nguyễn Phúc Ánh (future emperor Gia Long of Vietnam). Life Luan was the second son of lord Nguyễn Phúc Khoát and he was the prince who would succeed the throne. After lord Khoat's death, an overpowered mandarin named Trương Phúc Loan changed lord Khoat's will to make Luan's younger brother Nguyễn Phúc Thuần to succeed the throne. Later, Trương Phúc Loan imprisoned Luan until his death in 1765. Luan was buried at Cơ Thánh Tomb, located at Cư Chánh, Hưng Thuỷ, Thừa Thiên Huế. Later, his son Nguyễn Phúc Ánh posthumously gave him the title ''Nhân Minh Cẩn Hậu Khoan Dụ Ôn Hòa Hiếu Khang Hoàng Đế'' (仁明謹厚寬裕溫和孝康皇帝). Nguyễn Xuân Phúc (born 20 July 1954) is a Vietnamese politician currently serving as the President of Vietnam, one of the highest-ranked officials in Vietnam along with Nguyễn Phú Trọng, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (''de facto'' leader). Nguyễn Xuân Phúc ranked 2nd in the Communist Party's 13th Politburo behind Nguyễn Phú Trọng and was ranked 3rd in the 12th Politburo. Nguyễn Xuân Phúc is also a full member of the National Assembly, serving in its 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th terms. Phúc Yên Air Base (also known as Noi Bai Air Base) is a Vietnam People's Air Force (VPAF) ''(Không quân Nhân dân Việt Nam)'' military airfield located immediately north of Noi Bai International Airport and approximately north of Hanoi. History Vietnam War Phúc Yên, constructed in 1963, was North Vietnam's first modern, jet-capable air base. It was built about north of an airstrip that had been abandoned in the 1950s. On 6 August 1964 the first VPAF jet fighter unit, the 921st Fighter Regiment (known as the Red Star Squadron), arrived at Phúc Yên after training in the People's Republic of China (PRC), bringing 36 MiG-17 and MiG-19 fighters.
