Philip John Lee
Philip John Lee (6 May 1944 – 6 March 2010) was an English virtuoso flamenco guitarist, born in Norwich. At school he taught himself the mandolin, and at age 14 began classical guitar lessons. The following year he first heard flamenco, and decided to become a flamenco guitarist, devoting himself to its study for the next four years. At age 15 he built himself a classical guitar. Phil Lee
Phillip Robert Lee (born 8 April 1943, London, England) is an English jazz guitarist. Lee studied guitar with Ike Isaacs as a teenager and was a member of the National Youth Jazz Orchestra, including for their performance at the 1960 Antibes Jazz Festival. Later in the 1960s he played with John Williams and Graham Collier and in a band that included Bob Stuckey, Dudu Pukwana, and John Marshall. During the 1970s, he played in jazz-rock bands such as Gilgamesh and Axel with Tony Coe and with Michael Garrick, Henry Lowther, and John Stevens. He recorded ''Twice Upon a Time'' (1987) with Jeff Clyne. Philip Ludwell Lee
Philip Ludwell Lee (February 24, 1727 – February 21, 1775) (sometimes nicknamed "Colonel Phil") was a Virginia planter and politician who briefly represented Westmoreland County on Virginia's Northern Neck in the House of Burgesses in 1756 before serving on the Virginia Governor's Council (1757-1774). Early and family life Lee was born in late 1727 or early 1728 at one of the Lee family plantations, either "Mount Pleasant" in Westmoreland County (destroyed by arson in 1729) or "Paradise" in Gloucester County. Both his parents, Thomas Lee and Hannah Harrison Ludwell were of the First Families of Virginia, with considerable wealth as well as political power. His elder brother died shortly after being christened "Richard Lee" in February 1727. Phillip Lee (politician)
Phillip James Lee (born 28 September 1970) is a British doctor and politician who served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Bracknell from 2010 until 2019. A former member of the Conservative Party, which he left in 2019 to join the Liberal Democrats, he unsuccessfully stood for the neighbouring Wokingham constituency in the 2019 general election. Lee was appointed Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State responsible for youth justice, victims, female offenders and offender health at the Ministry of Justice in July 2016. He resigned from the government in June 2018 in response to its handling of Brexit. On 3 September 2019, he resigned from the Conservative Party to join the Liberal Democrats; and between October and December of 2019 he served as their Spokesperson for Justice. Philip Keith Lee (15 September 1904 – 9 August 1980) was an Australian cricketer who played in two Test matches from 1931 to 1933. During the early 1920s, he was a leading Australian rules footballer in the South Australian Football League and played at interstate level for South Australia. He was a member of the Norwood Football Club's 1923 premiership team. He originally mainly played as a half-forward, but after missing some games due to a leg injury he returned in 1926 to play as a half-back. As a cricketer, Lee was a hard-hitting right-handed batsman and a right-arm bowler of off breaks. He played several matches for South Australia from 1925 to 1926, originally batting in middle order and bowling infrequently. From 1930, his off-break bowling developed and he was called into the Australian Test side for the second match of the rather one-sided series with South Africa at Sydney in 1931–32.
