Philip Baker and Andrew Vaupen are an American television writing and producing team. They created the children's sitcom '' Good Luck Charlie'' for Disney Channel. Phil Baker (August 26, 1896 – November 30, 1963) was an American comedian and emcee on radio. Baker was also a vaudeville actor, composer, songwriter, accordionist and author. Biography He was born on August 26, 1896, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Baker went to school in Boston, and his first stage appearance was in a Boston amateur show. Baker began in vaudeville playing the piano for violinist Ed Janis, and he was 19 when he teamed with Ben Bernie for the vaudeville act "Bernie and Baker." This originally was a serious musical act with Baker on accordion and Bernie on violin but eventually ended up with comic elements. After breaking with Bernie shortly after World War I, Baker partnered with Sid Silvers up until 1928. Baker went on to pursue a successful solo career. His solo act included him singing, playing the accordion, telling jokes and being heckled by a planted audience member called Jojo. With this act, Baker played the Palace Theatre in 1930 and 1931. Phil Baker (footballer)
Phil Baker (born 22 March 1952) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for North Melbourne and Geelong in the Victorian Football League (VFL) during the 1970s. Baker was a high marking forward and started his career at North Melbourne in 1971. Five games into the 1975 season he was transferred to Geelong by Allen Aylett due to financial reasons. His loyalty to North was never questioned after his time away and in 1977 he proved to be an integral part of the North Melbourne forward line. This was evident as he played a major role in a premiership year with 35 goals. He kicked six of the club's nine goals in the 1977 Grand Final against Collingwood and three in the following weekend's Grand Final Replay. Philip Baker (September 19, 1856 – June 4, 1940) was an American first baseman, outfielder and catcher in Major League Baseball from 1883–1886. He played in the minors from 1878–1889, with the exception of 1880–1882 when he was blacklisted. Before Baker got blacklisted from the MLB he started his career in the Baltimore Orioles organization, where he spent one year playing (AA) then he went on and played for the Washington Nationals. He played his last game in the majors when he was 29 years old, then returned to the minors to finish his career at the age of 33. References Sources

Philip George Jeffreys Baker (born 1975) is a former Great Britain international Rowing (sport), rower. Baker was educated at Abingdon School where he was captain of the Abingdon School Boat Club eights before moving on to Oxford Brookes University Boat Club. He represented Great Britain at the 1999 World Rowing Championships winning a silver medal in the Lightweight Men's Eights. The following year Baker repeated the feat in the 2000 World Rowing Championships winning a silver medal again in the Lightweight Men's Eights. In addition to the world championship silver in 2000 he also won a silver medal at the World Rowing Cup, 2000 World Rowing Cup in the Lightweight Men's Pair.
