Petteri Johannes Koponen (born 13 April 1988) is a Finnish former professional basketball player. Standing at , he plays both point guard and shooting guard positions. He was drafted as the 30th pick by the Philadelphia 76ers in the 2007 NBA draft, and his NBA rights are currently held by the Dallas Mavericks. Professional career Tapiolan Honka (2004–2008) His first club was Malmi Super-Koris ("Malmi super-basketball"), from where he joined one of Finland's top clubs, Espoo Honka in 2004–05 season. Under the guidance of coach Mihailo Pavićević he quickly developed into a key component of Honka's 2006–07 Finnish League championship-winning side. Jani Petteri Forsell (born 16 October 1990) is a Finnish professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Inter Turku. He made ten appearances scoring one goal for the Finland national team between 2013 and 2019. Career After starting his career with the local KPV, Forsell was signed by a near Veikkausliiga side VPS in 2009. After struggling to make it in the match squads at Vaasa, he left after only one season, switching to a fellow Veikkausliiga side, IFK Mariehamn. At Mariehamn, he began appear more regularly and soon attracted the attention of much bigger clubs in and outside of Finland. On 9 August 2012, he was selected as the player of the month, for July. Petteri Nokelainen
Petteri Antti Nokelainen (born January 16, 1986) is a Finnish former professional ice hockey forward who played over 200 games in the National Hockey League (NHL). He concluded his professional career in returning to his original club, SaiPa of the Finnish Liiga. Playing career Nokelainen was drafted by the New York Islanders as their first-round pick, 16th overall, in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. He played in the SM-Liiga for SaiPa in his native Finland, before going to North America in 2005 to play for the New York Islanders. Prior to Saipa, he played in Imatran Ketterä. Twelve games into the 2005–06 NHL season with the Islanders, during which he scored a goal and an assist, Petteri suffered a severe knee injury. Many thought that this injury would sideline him for the rest of the year, but the knee healed without surgery and Nokelainen returned to finish the rest of the season with the Islanders. Petteri Salomaa
Juha Petteri Salomaa (born 26 August 1961, Helsinki) is a Finnish operatic bass-baritone who has had an active international singing career in operas and concerts since the late 1970s. He has performed on more than 30 recordings with a variety of record labels, including Decca Records, Deutsche Grammophon, Harmonia Mundi, HMV, and Philips Records among others. He taught on the voice faculty at the Sibelius Academy from 2003–2008, and currently serves as a Visiting Professor of Singing at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm. Petteri Pennanen (born 19 September 1990) is a Finnish football player who plays as a midfielder for Ilves. Club career A product of local KuPS, Pennanen made his senior début on 29 April 2007, aged 16, against VIFK. A month later, he was a starter against PK-35. That season he appeared in 13 first-team matches. In February 2009 Pennanen signed a two-year contract with the Dutch team Twente along with teammate Tuomas Rannankari. After not making a single appearance for the Twente's first-team, Pennanen left the Dutch champions during winter 2011 and signed with TPS. He signed with RoPS before the 2014 season. Petteri Iivonen (born 14 August 1987) is a Finnish violinist. He has studied at the Sibelius Academy, University of Southern California and the Tel Aviv University with Hagai Shaham. In 2005 he won the National Violin Competition in Kuopio, Finland and in 2010 he got 2nd Prize in the International Jean Sibelius Violin Competition. Iivonen's debut album called ''Art of the Violin'' was released by Yarlung Records in 2009, followed by ''Art of the Sonata'' in 2011, both with pianist Kevin Fitz-Gerald, and a recording as a member of the Sibelius Piano Trio in 2016.
