Petros And Money Show
''The Petros and Money Show'' or "PMS" is a sports talk radio program in Los Angeles. It airs on KLAC-AM, ("AM 570") every Monday through Friday from 3pm to 7pm PT. PMS is hosted by Petros Papadakis and Matt "Money" Smith. History On January 5, 2007, KLAC announced that The Petros and Money Show would replace a show co-hosted by Joe Grande (formerly of KPWR-FM's Big Boy's Neighborhood morning show) and former UCLA quarterback Wayne Cook. On January 21, 2009, Petros and Money replaced Andrew Siciliano on Fox Sports Radio. The network carried the program nationwide until January 2014, when it was dropped from the national network, but remained as a local show. For a period starting in January, 2011, the first hour was broadcast commercial free, thus the name was changed to the "Commercial-Free" hour. The original producer of the show was David Vassegh. Spinning Rims
The spinner on automobile wheels historically refers to knock-off hub nuts or center caps. They may be the actual, or intended to simulate, the design used on antique vehicles or vintage sports cars. A "spinner wheel" in contemporary usage is a type of hubcap or inner wheel ornament, that spins independently inside of a wheel itself when the vehicle is in motion, and continues to spin once the vehicle has come to a stop. Original use The spinner or "knock-off" originated with Rudge-Whitworth centerlock wire wheels and hubs, which were first patented in 1908. The spinner was a threaded, winged nut designed to keep the wheel fastened to the hub. They were screwed on and "knocked on tightly" using a hammer, hence the name "knock-offs". Most setups will feature right-hand threads on the left side of the vehicle, and left-hand threads (rotate clockwise to remove) on the vehicle's right side so the screw-on spinner would stay tightened as the auto was in forward motion. Don MacLean (basketball)
Donald James MacLean (born January 16, 1970) is an American former professional basketball player who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA). As a college player, he is the all-time scoring leader of both the Pac-12 Conference and UCLA. In 1994, MacLean won the NBA Most Improved Player Award as a member of the Washington Bullets (known now as the Washington Wizards). He currently works as a basketball color analyst. Jacob Miller (musician)
Jacob Miller (4 May 1952 – 23 March 1980) was a Jamaican reggae artist and Rastafari from Mandeville, Jamaica. His first recording session was with the famous Clement "Sir Coxsone" Dodd in the late 1960s. While pursuing a prolific solo career, he became the lead singer for the reggae group Inner Circle. Miller recorded and toured with Inner Circle until he and his son died in a car accident in 1980. Miller was only 27 years old.
