Petros Noeas
Petros Noeas ( el, Πέτρος Νοέας; born 1987) is a Greek professional basketball player. At a height of 2.06 m (6'9") in height, he plays at the power forward position. Professional career Noeas started his career with the Greek Basket League club Maroussi, where he played from 2004 to 2009. He then moved to the Greek club Trikala 2000 (2009–10), and then back to Maroussi (2010–11). He joined the Greek club AEK Athens for the 2011–12 season, and then moved to the Greek club Koroivos. He moved to the Greek club Arkadikos, in 2014. On 12 August 2016, Noeas joined Panionios, of the Greek 2nd Division. The power forward (PF), also known as the four or strong forward, is a position in basketball. Power forwards play a role similar to centers. When on offense, they typically play with their backs towards the basket. The 2019–20 Greek A2 Basket League was the 34th season of the Greek A2 Basket League, the second-tier level professional club basketball league in Greece. Arkadikos B.C., or S.E.F.A. Arkadikos B.C. (Greek: Αρκαδικός ΚΑΕ), is a Greek professional basketball club that is based in Tripoli, Greece. History Arkadikos' basketball section was founded in 1976, under the name S.E.F.A. Arkadikos. Greek Basket League
The Greek Basket League (GBL), often also referred to as the Greek A1 Basketball League, or Greek Basketball Championship (originally called Panhellenic Basketball Championship), and also known as the Stoiximan Basket League for sponsorship reasons, is the first tier level professional basketball league in Greece. It is run by HEBA ( el, ΕΣΑΚΕ, link=no), under the legal authority of the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.). It is the highest-tier level of the Greek league system. The GBL plays under FIBA rules and currently consists of 13 teams, with the lowest-placed team relegated to the A2 Basket League and replaced by the winner of the play-offs of that tier.
