Petr Šachl
Petr Šachl (born December 12, 1977) is a Czech former professional ice hockey forward who last played for HDD Olimpija Ljubljana of the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga. Šachl was picked 128th overall in the 1996 NHL Entry Draft by New York Islanders from HC České Budějovice. He then spent a year in the Western Hockey League for the Tri-City Americans before returning to České Budějovice. He moved to North America in 1999-00 and played one game in the West Coast Hockey League for the Tacoma Sabercats and then played three games in the United Hockey League for the Asheville Smoke before playing 55 games of the Fort Wayne Komets in the same league. In 2000, he was traded to Nashville Predators, and spent two seasons playing for the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League. He then moved to Finland in the Sm-liiga for Ässät and then for SaiPa and then briefly played in Sweden's Elitserien for Brynäs IF before returning to the Czech Extraliga with HC Liberec in 2005. ... HDD Olimpija Ljubljana
Hokejsko drsalno društvo Olimpija Ljubljana, commonly referred to as HDD Olimpija or simply Olimpija, was a Slovenian professional ice hockey club from Ljubljana. They played their home games at the Tivoli Hall. Olimpija has won 13 Yugoslav championships and 15 Slovenian championships. They won ten consecutive titles between 1995 and 2004. Nashville Predators
The Nashville Predators (commonly referred to as the Preds) are a professional ice hockey team based in Nashville, Tennessee. They compete in the National Hockey League (NHL) as a member of the Central Division in the Western Conference, and have played their home games at Bridgestone Arena since 1998. Their television broadcasting rights are held by Bally Sports South, and the Nashville Predators Radio Network flagship station is WPRT-FM. The Tipos Extraliga (Slovak Extraliga) is the highest-level ice hockey league in Slovakia. From the 2018–19 season to the 2020–21 season, the league included one or two teams from Hungary. Brynäs IF is a Swedish ice hockey team from Gävle. The club currently plays in the Swedish Hockey League (SHL), the top tier of ice hockey in Sweden. The club has played in the top-tier league since 1960, longer than any other team. The Swedish Hockey League (officially SHL; sv, Svenska Hockeyligan) is a professional ice hockey league, and the highest division in the Swedish ice hockey system. The league currently consists of 14 teams. The league was founded in 1975, and while Swedish ice hockey champions have been crowned through various formats since 1922, the title and the Le Mat Trophy have been awarded to the winner of the SHL playoffs since the league's inaugural 1975–76 season. The SM-liiga (marketed as just Liiga from 2013 on), (Finnish for ''League'') colloquially called the Finnish Elite League in English or FM-ligan in Swedish, is the top professional ice hockey league in Finland. It is one of the six founding leagues of the Champions Hockey League and currently allocated five spots - the maximum number - based on success in previous editions.
