Peter Terting
Peter Terting is a German auto racing driver, born on 19 February 1984 in Kempten. He won the Volkswagen Lupo Cup in 2002, earning him a Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters, DTM drive for Abt Sportsline in 2003, although this proved to be too big a step up, and the teenager struggled to be competitive. After winning the 2004 German SEAT León Championship, he earned a full-time drive in the World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) for SEAT, joining Rickard Rydell and Jordi Gené. He finished 12th overall, which included taking his first win in Mexico City, having finished 7th in race 1 and thus started 2nd in race 2 (the top 8 positions on the grid are reversed for the 2nd race of the meeting For 2006 he raced for SEAT's Team Deutschland in the WTCC, improving to finish 9th overall. ADAC GT Masters
The ADAC GT Masters is a grand tourer-based auto racing series founded by the international Stéphane Ratel Organisation (SRO) and supported by the German ADAC automotive club. Similar to an earlier ADAC GT Cup series in the 1990s, the new GT Masters ran their first season in 2007. Although the series is based in Germany, select events are run elsewhere in Europe. ADAC GT Cup The original ADAC GT Cup was created in 1993, as a national grand tourer championship similar to the Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft (DTM). The series initially used two divisions, with the upper class running a variety of sports cars, and the smaller class for small coupes. Following dwindling support for the top division, the two classes were combined in 1995. Adria International Raceway
Adria International Raceway was a motorsport race track near Adria in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. It was a permanent road course, the venue has hosted the FIA GT Championship, Italian Formula Three, Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters and the Formula Three Euroseries. In 2021, the circuit shape was changed and the circuit length was extended to in order to host WTCR races in the 2021 season. In March 2022, the circuit was closed due to its debts. Hockenheimring
The Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg () is a motor racing circuit situated in the Rhine valley near the town of Hockenheim in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, located on the Bertha Benz Memorial Route. Amongst other motor racing events, it has hosted the German Grand Prix, most recently in 2019. The circuit has very little differences in elevation. The circuit has an FIA Grade 1 license. History 1932–1938 Originally called "Dreieckskurs" (triangle course), the Hockenheimring was built in 1932. The man behind it is Ernst Christ, a young timekeeper who felt that a racing track should be built in his hometown of Hockenheim. 2003 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters Season
The 2003 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters was the seventeenth season of premier German touring car championship and also fourth season under the moniker of Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters since the series' resumption in 2000. Unlike 2002 there were ten race weekends with only one race at each event. Changes for 2003 * The races were increased in length to a total of one hour per race, as compared to the 40 minutes each race had lasted in 2002. * The race at Zolder, Belgium, was replaced by Adria International Raceway, Adria in Italy. * The DTM did not return to Sachsenring. Carrie Schreiner (born 14 September 1998) is a racing driver from Germany, currently competing for ART Grand Prix at the inaugural F1 Academy season. Biography Carrie Schreiner began her motorsport career in karting. Between 2011 and 2014 she drove in the ADAC Kart Masters, achieving her greatest success in 2012 when she won the X30 Junior championship title. She then switched to single-seater racing and competed in ADAC Formula 4 in 2015 and 2016. At the same time, she drove in the British Formula 4 Championship in 2016, where she finished 17th overall.
