Peter Reveen
Peter J. Reveen (8 October 1935 – 8 April 2013) was an Australian illusionist and hypnotist who performed mainly in Canada, and particularly Atlantic Canada. Early life Reveen was born in Adelaide, Australia, and traveled to the US in January 1961, landing in Honolulu, Hawaii. From there, he took an unpleasant boat ride to San Francisco, California and purchased a Greyhound Bus ticket to Vancouver, British Columbia. Reveen was granted a six-month visitor's visa on 16 March 1961. Career Reveen began his career in the town of Chilliwack, BC, booking himself into local community halls and legions, calling himself ''Reveen, the Impossibilist''. To promote his shows, Reveen offered complimentary tickets to all businesses willing to put a poster in their storefront window. Roman Danylo
Roman Danylo (born in Calgary, Alberta) is a Canadian comedian, improviser and actor based out of Vancouver, British Columbia. He is best known for his starring role in the CTV Television Network show '' Comedy Inc.'' Career As a teen, Danylo ran a weekly sketch review show as a student at Sir Winston Churchill High School in Calgary. Roman then went on to study with Keith Johnstone at the Loose Moose Theatre in Calgary (Loose Moose is where Theatresports originated and is often credited as being one of the founding institutions of humorous improvisational theatre). ''The Holmes Show'' is a Canadian television sketch comedy series that premiered on CTV on September 24, 2002. The 22-episode series stars Jessica Holmes, Roman Danylo and Kurt Smeaton. Filming took place at the CTV studios in June and August 2002. Each scene was shot twice with the second scene usually involving more improvisation. Richard "Ricky" LaFleur is a fictional character in the television series ''Trailer Park Boys''. He is one of the three main protagonists on the show, along with Julian and Bubbles. Simon Green (born 30 March 1976), known by his stage name Bonobo, is a British musician, producer, and DJ based in Los Angeles. Lemon Jelly is a British electronic music duo from London that formed in 1998 and went on hiatus starting in 2008. Since its inception, the band members have always been Fred Deakin and Nick Franglen. Lemon Jelly has been nominated for awards like the Mercury Music Prize and BRIT Awards. The bright colourful artwork featured in the albums and music videos, and the Lemon Jelly typeface, became part of the "brand". Salty Dog was an American rock band from Los Angeles, formed in 1986 by former Max Havoc guitarist Scott Lane, bassist Michael Hannon, and drummer Khurt Maier who also played on Max Havoc's 1983 album.
