Spider-Man
Spider-Man is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer-editor Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko, he first appeared in the anthology comic book '' Amazing Fantasy'' #15 (August 1962) in the Silver Age of Comic Books. He has since been featured in films, television shows, novels, video games, and plays. Spider-Man is the alias of Peter Parker, an orphan raised by his Aunt May and Uncle Ben in New York City after his parents Richard and Mary Parker died in a plane crash. Lee and Ditko had the character deal with the struggles of adolescence and financial issues and gave him many supporting characters, such as Flash Thompson, J. Jonah Jameson, and Harry Osborn; romantic interests Gwen Stacy, Mary Jane Watson, and the Black Cat; and foes such as Doctor Octopus, the Green Goblin, and Venom. Black Cat (Marvel Comics)
Black Cat (Felicia Hardy) is a character (arts), fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Throughout her history, Black Cat has sometimes been an List of Spider-Man enemies, enemy, love interest, and an ally of the superhero Spider-Man. Felicia Hardy is the daughter of Walter Hardy, a world-renowned cat burglar. After suffering from a traumatic assault by an ex-boyfriend as a college freshman, she trained herself in various fighting styles and acrobatics and, after deciding to follow in her father's footsteps, adopted the costumed identity of the Black Cat. She has the subconscious ability to affect probability fields, producing "bad luck" for her enemies. The character was originally depicted as a supervillain and adversary of Spider-Man, but over time the two fell in love, which motivated her into becoming both an antiheroine, and his partner. Spider-Verse
"Spider-Verse" is a 2014 in comics, 2014–2015 in comics, 15 comic book storyline published by Marvel Comics. It features multiple alternative versions of Spider-Man, alternative versions of Spider-Man that had appeared Spider-Man in other media, in various media, all under attack by Morlun and his family, Inheritors (comics), the Inheritors. The event was touted as including every single living spider-powered individual created up to that point, while also introducing many new ones. There were several notable exceptions however, such as the Spider-Man from the television series ''The Spectacular Spider-Man (TV series), The Spectacular Spider-Man'' unable to appear due to copyright restrictions. The comic book series received generally positive reviews. Following the conclusion of the event in ''Amazing Spider-Man'' #14, several characters introduced in it such as Spider-Gwen, the Spider-Woman of Earth-65, were featured in titles of their own.
