Peter Ofori-Quaye
Peter Ofori-Quaye (born 21 March 1980) is a Ghanaian former footballer who played as a striker. Ofori-Quaye spent most of his career in the Greek division and amassed 33 goals in his 10 seasons in the league. During a 1997–98 UEFA Champions League group stage match on 1 October 1997, he scored for Olympiacos against Rosenborg when he was 17 years and 195 days old, becoming the youngest player to score in the competition's history. The record stood for twenty-two years until 10 December 2019 when it was broken by Ansu Fati of FC Barcelona at the age of 17 years and 40 days. 2000 African Cup Of Nations
The 2000 African Cup of Nations was the 22nd edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, the association football championship of Africa (Confederation of African Football, CAF). Azumah Nelson (born 19 July 1958) is a Ghanaian former professional boxer who competed from 1979 to 2008. He was a two-weight world champion, having held the WBC featherweight title from 1984 to 1987 and the WBC super-featherweight title twice between 1988 and 1997.
