Peter Lockwood
Peter John Lockwood is an ICT professional and former Australian politician. He was an Australian Labor Party member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly, from 2002 to 2006. He started working life in the Commonwealth Bank, but gave that up to work on the government buses in Sydney. After completing a computer course, he worked as a computer operator at DHA (Drug Houses of Australia), then moved to other employers in Sydney before moving to Canberra to join the Australian Public Service during the period of the Whitlam Government, where he was part of the last Programmer in Training (PIT) intake in the public service, where tertiary study at the Canberra College of Advanced Education (now the University of Canberra) and on-the-job training in automatic data processing (ADP) were combined. The division is located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, coextensive with the City of Knox local government area. Heidi Victoria (born Heidi Mitterlehner on 12 October 1967) is a professional photographer and former Australian politician. She was a member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly, representing Bayswater for the Liberal Party from 2006 to 2018. Born in Victoria, he received a Diploma of Theology from the Melbourne College of Divinity, and also a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University in 1973. In 1968 he became a migration officer in Melbourne, moving to the Australian Centre in Glasgow in 1969 and Australia House in London in 1972 before returning to Australia in 1973. In 1975 he became Publicity and Development Officer with the Productivity Promotion Council of Australia, but returned to London in 1978 to become Professions Adviser (Migration) with the Australian High Commission. Stephen Phillip Bracks (born 15 October 1954) is a former Australian politician and was the 44th Premier of Victoria. He first won the electoral district of Williamstown in 1994 for the Labor Party and was party leader and premier from 1999 to 2007. Bracks led Labor in Victoria to minority government at the 1999 election, defeating the incumbent Jeff Kennett Liberal and National coalition government. Labor was returned with a majority government after a landslide win at the 2002 election. Labor was elected for a third term at the 2006 election with a substantial but reduced majority.
