Peter Lee (bishop Of Christ The King)
Peter John Lee (born 5 June 1947) is an Anglican clergyman, Bishop of the Diocese of Christ the King, Johannesburg, South Africa. Educated at Gresham's School, Holt, Norfolk, The Hotchkiss School in Connecticut, and St. John's College, Cambridge, Lee was ordained in the Church of England and has worked in South Africa since 1976. He worked with Archbishop Desmond Tutu as Canon Missioner of the Anglican diocese of Johannesburg before being elected as bishop of the new Diocese of Christ the King. Lee retired in Jun 2016, The electoral college whose job it was to elect a successor failed to do so. The synod of bishops of the Anglican Church of Southern Africa will appoint a successor at their meeting in 2016. Peterlee
Peterlee is a town in County Durham, England. It lies between Sunderland to the north, Hartlepool to the south, the Durham Coast to the east and Durham to the west. It gained town status in 1948 under the New Towns Act 1946. The act also created the nearby settlement of Newton Aycliffe and later Washington, Tyne and Wear. History The case for founding Peterlee as a new town was put forward in ''Farewell Squalor'' by Easington Rural District Council Surveyor C. W. Peter Lee () is a Chinese film director. Early life Peter Lee was born in Hong Kong in 1963 and immigrated to the United States in 1974. There, he attended New York University from 1982 to 1984, studying film. He later returned to Hong Kong. Sanford Edmund Lee (born October 11, 1947) is an American politician. He served in the Colorado Senate from the 11th district as a member of the Democratic Party. Prior to his tenure in the state senate he served in the Colorado House of Representatives from the 18th district. Early life Sanford Edmund Lee graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a bachelor of Arts degree in 1970, attended Wharton School of Finance from 1970 to 1971, and graduated from the University of Akron School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1975.
