Peter King (sportswriter)
Peter King (born June 10, 1957) is an American sportswriter. He wrote for ''Sports Illustrated'' from 1989 to 2018, including the weekly multiple-page column ''Monday Morning Quarterback''. He is the author of five books, including ''Inside the Helmet''. He has been named National Sportswriter of the Year three times. On the 2022 Normathon he hung up on Norm Hitzges for saying his middle name was Boatswain. VSBB Before coming to ''Sports Illustrated'', King was a writer for ''The Cincinnati Enquirer'' from 1980 to 1985 and ''Newsday'' from 1985 to 1989. Since 1992 King has been a member of the Board of Selectors for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. In 2006, he joined '' Football Night in America'', NBC Sports' Sunday night NFL studio show. Cris Collinsworth
Anthony Cris Collinsworth (born January 27, 1959) is an American sports broadcaster and former professional American football player. Collinsworth was a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL) for eight seasons (1981-1988), all with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played college football at the University of Florida, where he was recognized as an All-American. He is currently a television sportscaster for NBC, Showtime (TV channel), Showtime, and the NFL Network, and winner of 17 Sports Emmy Awards. He is also the majority owner of Pro Football Focus. Steroid
A steroid is a biologically active organic compound with four rings arranged in a specific molecular configuration. Steroids have two principal biological functions: as important components of cell membranes that alter membrane fluidity; and as signaling molecules. Hundreds of steroids are found in plants, animals and fungi. All steroids are manufactured in cells from the sterols lanosterol (opisthokonts) or cycloartenol (plants). Lanosterol and cycloartenol are derived from the cyclization of the triterpene squalene. The steroid core structure is typically composed of seventeen carbon atoms, bonded in four " fused" rings: three six-member cyclohexane rings (rings A, B and C in the first illustration) and one five-member cyclopentane ring (the D ring). Steroids vary by the functional groups attached to this four-ring core and by the oxidation state of the rings. KTCK-FM (96.7 MHz, "The Ticket") is a commercial radio station licensed to Flower Mound, Texas, and serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. It simulcasts a sports radio format, along with sister station KTCK 1310 AM. KTCK-AM-FM are owned by Cumulus Media with studios on East Lamar Boulevard in Arlington. KTCK (1310 kHz; "SportsRadio 1310 The Ticket") is a commercial sports AM radio station licensed to Dallas, Texas, which serves the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (DFW). Its daytime power is 25,000 watts, which is reduced to 5,000 watts at night. The station's studios are located in the Victory Park district in Dallas, just north of downtown, and the transmitter site is in Coppell. The station is currently owned by Cumulus Media. KTCK's programs are simulcast at 96.7 MHz over KTCK-FM, licensed to Flower Mound, Texas. KTCK's current call letters and format only date back to 1994. However it is one of the oldest radio stations, including the oldest in Texas, having received its first broadcasting license, as WRR, in March 1922. Randall Laureat Cross (born April 25, 1954) is an American football analyst and former player. He was a right guard and center in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the UCLA Bruins and was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2011.
