Peter Brogle
Peter Brogle (22 June 1933 – 27 March 2006) was a Swiss film actor. He appeared in 14 films between 1955 and 1987. He starred in the 1968 film '' Signs of Life'' by Werner Herzog, which won the Silver Bear Extraordinary Prize of the Jury at the 18th Berlin International Film Festival. Max Rudolf Frisch (; 15 May 1911 – 4 April 1991) was a Swiss playwright and novelist. Frisch's works focused on problems of identity, individuality, responsibility, morality, and political commitment. The use of irony is a significant feature of his post-war output. Frisch was one of the founders of Gruppe Olten. He was awarded the 1965 Jerusalem Prize, the 1973 Grand Schiller Prize, and the 1986 Neustadt International Prize for Literature. Biography Early years Frisch was born in 1911 in Zürich, Switzerland, the second son of Franz Bruno Frisch, an architect, and Karolina Bettina Frisch (née Wildermuth). Werner Herzog (; born 5 September 1942) is a German film director, screenwriter, author, actor, and opera director, regarded as a pioneer of New German Cinema.
