Petar Tonchev ( bg, Петър Тончев; born 8 April 1989) is a Bulgarian footballer who plays as a winger for Pershore Town. Career On 7 July 2017, Tonchev signed with Oborishte. Pleven
Pleven ( bg, Плèвен ) is the seventh most populous city in Bulgaria. Located in the northern part of the country, it is the administrative centre of Pleven Province, as well as of the subordinate Pleven municipality.
