Lyaskovets ( bg, Лясковец ) is a town in central northern Bulgaria, located in homonymous municipality of Veliko Tarnovo Province, 10 km northeast of Veliko Tarnovo, 2 km southeast of Gorna Oryahovitsa and 5 km south of the Yantra River, north of the Balkan Mountains. ''The Tied Up Balloon'' ( bg, Привързаният балон, translit=Privarzaniyat balon, italic=yes) is a Bulgarian satirical comedy-drama film released in 1967, directed by Binka Zhelyazkova, starring Georgi Partsalev, Grigor Vachkov, Georgi Kaloyanchev, Konstantin Kotsev and Georgi Georgiev-Getz. The screenplay, written by Yordan Radichkov is based on his play ''Bustle''. During the second world war, a barrage balloon appears out of nowhere in the sky above a Bulgarian village.
