Parish Perry Petty (born August 5, 1988) is an American professional basketball player for Al Ahly Benghazi. He played college basketball for Allen Community College, Santa Clara University and University of Texas–Pan American. High school career Petty played high school basketball at MacDowell Montessori School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Petty gained all-conference and honorable mention all-region his senior year but team lost in the first round of the state playoffs his senior year and made it to the quarterfinals his junior year. College career Petty played college basketball for Allen Community College, Santa Clara University and University of Texas–Pan American. Professional career On August 3, 2017, Petty joined Faros Larissas of the Greek Basket League. The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the five Basketball positions, positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position. Point guards are expected to run the team's offense by controlling the ball and making sure that it gets to the right player at the right time. BC Dzūkija
BC Dzūkija ( lt, Krepšinio klubas Dzūkija) was a basketball club located in Alytus, Lithuania. It was founded in 2012 and participated in the Lietuvos krepšinio lyga (LKL). It was the newest basketball club based in Alytus after BC Alita and BC Alytus were dissolved. The club was bought by Lithuanian businessman Gediminas Žiemelis in June 2022, who formed BC Wolves soon after. History In 2019, the club changed its name to Sintek-Dzūkija for sponsorship reasons. Greek Basket League
The Greek Basket League (GBL), often also referred to as the Greek A1 Basketball League, or Greek Basketball Championship (originally called Panhellenic Basketball Championship), and also known as the Stoiximan Basket League for sponsorship reasons, is the first tier level professional basketball league in Greece. It is run by HEBA ( el, ΕΣΑΚΕ, link=no), under the legal authority of the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.). It is the highest-tier level of the Greek league system.
