Perica Vukičević
Perica Vukičević (born 29 September 1942) is a former Croatian Team handball, handball player. Vukičević is one of the original players of RK Kvarner. He was also part of the golden generation of Kvarner which was led by Vlado Stenzel in the Yugoslav Handball Championship, Yugoslav First League from 1970-1974. After retiring as a player he moved to Italy and coached various club. Rijeka

The Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, commonly referred to as SFR Yugoslavia or simply as Yugoslavia, was a country in Central and Southeast Europe. RK Kvarner Rijeka (Rukometni Klub Kvarner Rijeka) was a handball club from Rijeka, Croatia, formed in 1963. It was later incorporated into Kvarner Kostrena. Vlado Stenzel (Croatian language, Croatian: Vlado Štencl; born 23 May 1934) is a Croatian former handball goalkeeper and coach. The Yugoslav Handball Championship was the highest level competition in men's team handball in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, played regularly for almost four decades between 1953 and 1992, before being abandoned due to the breakup of Yugoslavia.
