Perfecto Fluoro (Paul Oakenfold Album)
''Perfecto Fluoro'' is the fifth DJ mix album by British electronic producer and disc jockey Paul Oakenfold, released in 1996 on Oakenfold's label Perfecto Records, then a subsidiary of Warner Music UK who are also credited. Recorded eighteen months after the Oakenfold's ground breaking ''Goa Mix'' (1994), notable for its pioneering of goa trance and usage of film music, ''Perfecto Fluoro'' utilizes the same "epic" approach and feel, with liberal use of excerpts from film soundtracks, which is referred to in the album's liner notes track listing which lists not only track, artist and label, but also which film a song appears in, where relevant. There are also several excerpts of film dialogue sampled on some of the tracks; for instance, "Teleport" by Man With No Name contains some of Jeff Goldblum's dialogue extolling the virtues of teleportation from '' The Fly''. The album is named after Oakenfold's record label Perfecto Fluoro, an offshoot of his Perfecto Records label wh ...

DJ Mix
A DJ mix or DJ mixset is a sequence of musical tracks typically mixed together to appear as one continuous track. DJ mixes are usually performed using a DJ mixer and multiple sounds sources, such as turntables, CD players, digital audio players or computer sound cards, sometimes with the addition of samplers and effects units, although it is possible to create one using sound editing software. DJ mixing is significantly different from live sound mixing. Remix services were offered beginning in the late 1970s in order to provide music which was more easily beatmixed by DJs for the dancefloor. One of the earliest DJs to refine their mixing skills was DJ Kool Herc. Francis Grasso was the first DJ to use headphones and a basic form of mixing at the New York City nightclub Sanctuary. Upon its release in 2000, Paul Oakenfold's '' Perfecto Presents: Another World'' became the biggest selling DJ mix album in the US. Music A DJ mixes music from genres that fit into the more gene ...

His father Claude was a famous French songwriter in the 1950s and '60s, and so Éric was thus exposed to music and its production at a young age. His mother died when he was just seven years old. Career In the early 1980s, Éric Serra met director Luc Besson and was asked to score his first film, ''Le Dernier Combat'' (1983). Serra has scored all of Besson's directed films to date, except '' Angel-A'' (2005) (scored by Anja Garbarek), and several that Besson has written, such as ''Wasabi''. In 1995, Serra was chosen to compose the score to the James Bond film ''GoldenEye'', and produced a much more modern-sounding avant-garde soundtrack than had been used in previous Bond films. It met with mixed reviews from film critics. While Serra's score has been seen by some as highly innovative, many Bond fans have critici ...
