Pereira accounting is one of the two manners in California community property law that explains how to deal with community funds and/or labor used to enhance the value of separate property. Montemor-o-Velho () is a town and concelho, municipality of the Coimbra District, in Portugal. The population of the municipality in 2011 was 26,171, in an area of 228.96 km².
