Penélope Nova
Penélope Contrim Nova ( Salvador, 19 August 1973) was an MTV Brazil VJ. She's a daughter of Marcelo Nova. Career Penélope began her career in radio, and in 1997 joined MTV Brazil, where she worked as a TAR (Talent and Artist Relations) assistant. A video jockey (abbreviated VJ or sometimes veejay) is an announcer or host who introduces music videos and live performances on commercial music television channels such as MTV, VH1, MuchMusic and Channel V. MTV Brasil
MTV Brasil was a Brazilian over-the-air television network owned by Grupo Abril focused on the youth. The network was launched on 20 October 1990, as the first specialty television network to broadcast over-the-air, becoming the local version of MTV. Marcelo Nova is a Brazilian singer born in the state of Bahia. He began his career in the group Camisa de Vênus in the 1980s and had recorded several hit songs such as "Bete Morreu" (Betty Died), "Eu Não Matei Joana D'Arc" (I Did Not Kill Joana D'Arc), and "Silvia".
