Pennsylvania Route 880 (PA 880) is a state highway located in Centre, Clinton, and Lycoming Counties in Pennsylvania. The southern terminus is at PA 192 in Miles Township. The northern terminus is at PA 44 in Limestone Township Though it does not have a direct junction with Interstate 80 (I-80), it underpasses the highway in Carroll and drivers can enter I-80 one mile (1.6 km) east by turning left onto East Valley Road. South of this intersection, PA 880 is known as East Valley Road until Loganton, where it becomes Main Street. South of Loganton it continues as West Valley Road until the Centre County line. From there until its southern terminus it serves as Broad Street in Rebersburg. North of the East Valley Road intersection, PA 880 becomes Rauchtown Road until entering Lycoming County. Nittany Mountain
Mount Nittany is the common name for Nittany Mountain, a prominent geographic feature in Centre County, Pennsylvania, United States. The mountain is part of a ridge that separates Nittany Valley from Penns Valley, with the enclosed Sugar Valley between them. On USGS topographic maps, Nittany Mountain is generally shown as the lower ridge line that runs below Big Mountain on the west and Big Kettle Mountain on the east side, coming together to form a single ridge line at the southern terminus. This nomenclature is not always consistently applied to the same geologic formation, and there is a shorter Nittany Mountain ridge shown above the Sugar Valley as well. Rauchtown is a census-designated place in Crawford Township, Clinton County, and a small portion in Limestone Township, Lycoming County, in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. As of the 2010 census the population was 726. Rauchtown is on Pennsylvania Route 880 on the border between southeastern Clinton County and southwestern Lycoming County, at the western end of the Nippenose Valley, between Bald Eagle Mountain to the north and Nippenose Mountain to the south. Ravensburg State Park
Ravensburg State Park is a Pennsylvania state park in Crawford Township in Clinton County, Pennsylvania in the United States. It is in a gorge carved by Rauchtown Run through the side of Nippenose Mountain. Ravensburg State Park is of wooded land that is almost entirely surrounded by Tiadaghton State Forest. This state park is on Pennsylvania Route 880, north of Carroll and south-east of Jersey Shore. The nearest city is Williamsport. History Ravensburg State Park gets its name from the ravens that were known for roosting on the rock ledges at the southern end of the park (near the south entrance). Tiadaghton State Forest (; ) is a Pennsylvania State Forest (Forest District #12) in the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Forestry. The forest is primarily in western and southern Lycoming County, with small portions in Clinton, Potter, Tioga, and Union Counties. The district's topography consists of narrow, flat to sloping plateaus cut by deep, steep-sloped valleys carved by fast moving mountain streams, including Pine Creek, Slate Run, and their tributaries. The Tiadaghton district extends south across the lowland along the west branch of the Susquehanna River to the narrow crests of Bald Eagle Mountain and North and South White Deer Ridge.
