Pennsylvania Route 338
Pennsylvania Route 338 (PA 338) is a state highway located in Clarion County, Pennsylvania. The western terminus is at PA 58 in Richland Township. The eastern terminus is at U.S. Route 322 (US 322) in Ashland Township. Route description PA 338 begins at an intersection with PA 58 in the community of Alum Rock in Richland Township, heading north on a two-lane undivided road. The route heads through wooded areas and passes through the residential community of Turkey City. North of here, the road passes under I-80 before curving to the east and running through agricultural areas with some homes, heading into Beaver Township and passing through Monroe. PA 338 crosses over I-80 again and runs near more farmland before turning southeast through a woodland area. After passing through the residential community of Blairs Corners, the route curves northeast and passes under I-80 again. After this, the road passes through more woodland before continuing into agricultural areas. ...

Richland Township is a township in Clarion County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 473 at the 2020 census, a decrease from the figure of 494 tabulated in 2010. Geography Richland Township is located in western Clarion County and is bordered to the west by the Allegheny River, which forms the Armstrong County line. A small portion of the river border touches Butler County. The township is bordered to the northwest by Venango County. The winding Clarion River forms the southern boundary of the township. The borough of St. Petersburg is south of the center of the township, and the borough of Foxburg is along the western edge of the township at a crossing of the Allegheny. A small portion of the borough of Emlenton touches the northwestern corner of the township. All of the boroughs are separate municipalities from the township. Interstate 80 (I-80) in the US state of Pennsylvania runs for across the northern part of the state. It is designated as the Keystone Shortway and officially as the Z.H. Confair Memorial Highway. This route was built mainly along a completely new alignment, not paralleling any earlier US Routes, as a shortcut to the tolled Pennsylvania Turnpike to the south and New York State Thruway to the north. Pennsylvania Route 208 (PA 208) is located in Western Pennsylvania; its western terminus just west of the village of New Bedford in Lawrence County (11½ miles northwest of New Castle) at U.S. Route 422 (US 422) and the Ohio state line. St Mary's College, Blairs (commonly known as Blairs College), situated near Aberdeen in Scotland, was from 1829 to 1986 a junior seminary for boys and young men studying for the Roman Catholic priesthood.
