Pennsylvania Route 213
Pennsylvania Route 213 (PA 213) is a state highway in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The route runs from PA 532 in Feasterville, which is located in Lower Southampton Township, north to U.S. Route 1 Business (US 1 Bus.) in Middletown Township, near the Oxford Valley Mall. PA 213 is signed as a north-south route but it actually travels east–west through its route, with the northern terminus being well east of the southern terminus but only slightly further north. Along the way, PA 213 passes through the borough of Langhorne and has intermediate junctions with PA 413 in Langhorne and US 1 in Middletown Township. The westernmost part of PA 213 was originally chartered as the Bridgetown and Feasterville Turnpike in 1844. Feasterville is a census-designated place located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. The community was part of Feasterville-Trevose, which was split into two separate CDPs, the other being Trevose, Pennsylvania, Trevose. As of the 2010 United States census, 2010 census, the population was 3,074. Feasterville has grown by 2.02% since 2006. Demographics As of 2014, Feasterville had a population of 3,656. 94.47% of the population were White, 4.68% were Hispanic or Latino, 3.06% Black or African American, and 2.46% Asian. 17.94% of the population were foreign born, including a large Russian population. Auto Trail
The system of auto trails was an informal network of marked routes that existed in the United States and Canada in the early part of the 20th century. Marked with colored bands on utility poles, the trails were intended to help travellers in the early days of the automobile. Auto trails were usually marked and sometimes maintained by organizations of private individuals. Some, such as the Lincoln Highway, maintained by the Lincoln Highway Association, were well-known and well-organized, while others were the work of fly-by-night promoters, to the point that anyone with enough paint and the will to do so could set up a trail. Trails were not usually linked to road improvements, although counties and states often prioritized road improvements because they were on trails. Interstate 295 (I-295) in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania is an auxiliary Interstate Highway, designated as a bypass around Philadelphia and a partial beltway of Trenton, New Jersey. The Trenton Subdivision is a railroad line owned by CSX Transportation in the U.S. states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The line runs from CP PARK in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, northeast to Port Reading Junction in Manville, New Jersey, along a former Reading Company line.
