Pelageya Nikolayevna Gorchakova
Pelageya Sergeyevna Telegina (russian: link=no, Пелаге́я Серге́евна Теле́гина; before marriage Pelageya Sergeyevna Khanova; born Polina Sergeyevna Smirnova; 14 July 1986), known mononymously as Pelageya, is а Russian singer. She sings folk-songs from different nations in different languages, romances and compositions written by the members of her group, mostly in rock arrangements. Life and career Pelageya's mother, Svetlana Gennadiyevna Khanova (russian: link=no, Светлана Геннадьевна Ханова), formerly a jazz-singer, theatre director and performing arts instructor, is now a producer and art director of her daughter's band. Pelageya's father is unknown. Her last name ''Khanova'' is the surname of her mother's last husband. At the age of eight, Pelageya entered the musical school attached to Novosibirsk Conservatoire. Novosibirsk (, also ; rus, Новосиби́рск, p=nəvəsʲɪˈbʲirsk, a=ru-Новосибирск.ogg) is the largest city and administrative centre of Novosibirsk Oblast and Siberian Federal District in Russia. Galina Pavlovna Vishnevskaya (russian: links=no, Галина Павловна Вишневская, Ivanova, Иванова; 25 October 192611 December 2012) was a Russian soprano opera singer and recitalist who was named a People's Artist of the USSR in 1966. She was the wife of cellist Mstislav Rostropovich, and mother to their two daughters, Olga and Elena Rostropovich. Biography Vishnevskaya was born in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg). She made her professional stage debut in 1944 singing operetta. Ivan Alexeyvich Telegin (russian: Иван Алексеевич Телегин; born 28 February 1992) is a Russian professional ice hockey centre who currently plays for Avangard Omsk in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). He was drafted by the Atlanta Thrashers 101st overall in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Telegin represented Russia at the 2010 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships where Russia finished in sixth place, whilst playing junior hockey in North America with the Saginaw Spirit and Barrie Colts in the Ontario Hockey League. After his NHL rights were transferred to the Winnipeg Jets after the Thrashers relocation, on 26 July 2011, Telegin was signed to a three-year entry-level contract with the Jets. Lyube ( rus, Любэ́, p=lʲʉˈbɛ) is a Russian rock band from Lyubertsy, a city in Moscow Oblast. Lyube's music is a mixture of several genres, with influences from both Russian folk music, rock, Russian chanson, and Soviet military songs. The band was founded in 1989, and since then have released sixteen albums. Lyube's producer and main songwriter is Igor Matviyenko. History Igor Matviyenko was a music producer and composer working at the Soviet music studio SPM Record when he came up with the idea to start Lyube in 1988. His goal was to put together a band with patriotic themed songs and a strong male vocal. After devoting time to finding the right frontman, Matvienko chose Nikolay Rastorguyev, with whom he had worked earlier in the band "Leysia, pesnia" (russian: Лейся, песня, links=no).
