Pegah FC
Pegah Gilan Football Club ( fa, باشگاه فوتبال پگاه گیلان) was an Iranian football club based in Rasht, Iran that participated in the Iran Pro League and Azadegan League from 2002 to 2008. Club history The club began its life with the name, Esteghlal Rasht. They spent a number of seasons in the lower leagues of Iranian football but made it back to the top level, finishing 10th in the 2000–01 season. The next season proved to be disastrous for the team, they were managed by Nasser Hejazi, but finished 13th in the standings. They were relegated and embarrassingly lost 9–2 to Aboomoslem on the last match day of the season. The following season ''Pegah Dairy Co.'' bought the team, making it one of the few privately owned football clubs in Iran. The popular club was named as Pegah Gilan.They won promotion again that season and went back to the IPL. They stayed in the IPL for two seasons but were relegated again in the 2004–05 season. Rasht
Rasht ( fa, رشت, Rašt ; glk, Rəšt, script=Latn; also romanized as Resht and Rast, and often spelt ''Recht'' in French and older German manuscripts) is the capital city of Gilan Province, Iran. Miodrag Ješić
Miodrag Ješić ( sr-Cyrl, Миодраг Јешић, ; 30 November 1958 – 8 December 2022) was a Serbian football manager and player. Playing career Born in Osečenica, Ješić played for Partizan between 1974 and 1985, taking part in 342 matches and scoring 81 goals in all competitions. Between 1985 and 1989 he represented Altay SK, where he recorded 136 matches and 29 goals, and finished his career at Trabzonspor in 1989–90 with 37 matches and 9 goals in total. Ješić was immensely disliked amongst the Fenerbahçe supporters because they viewed him as responsible for an injury suffered by Rıdvan Dilmen in 1990 during a league match between Fenerbahçe and Trabzonspor. Asghar Sharafi
Asghar Sharafi ( fa, اصغر شرفی, born 22 December 1942) is an Iranian football coach and former player who was head coach of Mes Sarcheshmeh. He has coached many teams such as Esteghlal, Iranjavan, Bargh Shiraz, Pegah and Ekbatan. He is one of the oldest head coaches in Iranian football history. 2004–05 Iran Pro League
The 2004–05 Iran Pro League was the 22nd season of Iran's Football League and fourth as Iran Pro League since its establishment in 2001. PAS Tehran were the defending champions. The season featured 14 teams from the 2003–04 Iran Pro League and two new teams promoted from the 2003–04 Azadegan League: Saba Battery as champions and Malavan as runner-up.
