Pedro J. Soma (born June 30, 2006) is an American professional soccer player currently playing as a midfielder for Spanish side Cornellà. Early life Soma was born in Boca Raton, Florida to a Brazilian mother and American father and was raised in nearby Coconut Creek. Club career Having first taken an interest in football at a very young age, he joined a local academy in Florida; Boca Raton Juniors Soccer Club, Director Anthony Olischar, Coach Guilherme Ceretta; (Professional Referee) Champions Sting Cup - Sunrise 2016; after move named Boca United (now called South Florida Football Academy) at the age of six or seven. UEFA Under-16 Development Tournament is the association football tournament organised by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) in order to enable young men and women footballers to experience international football. History The tournament was established in 2012, and since then 217 such tournaments were organised, with four national teams competing at each tournament. The tournament is especially focused on the development of young players, with a special set of rules applied for that purpose. For example, there is a minimum playing time for a player in case of a draw and a penalty shootout. The tournament helps young referees to gain experience in international football as well.
