Pedro Pinheiro
Pedro Miguel da Câmara Pinheiro (born 17 February 1977) is a Portuguese retired footballer who played as a midfielder. Football career Pinheiro was born in Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto District. After beginning professionally with local S.C. Dragões Sandinenses, he made his Primeira Liga debuts with Barcelos-based Gil Vicente FC, spending the following campaign with A.D. Ovarense in the second division. After three seasons with G.D. Estoril Praia, Pinheiro moved to C.F. Os Belenenses: regularly used in his first year, he only appeared in 11 games in the second. Subsequently, he would be essential in C.D. Trofense's first ever top level promotion, scoring six goals while playing in all 30 matches. In June 2009, utility player Pinheiro returned to division two, signing with C.D. Feirense. Vila Nova De Gaia
Vila Nova de Gaia (; cel-x-proto, Cale), or simply Gaia, is a city and a municipality in Porto District in Norte Region, Portugal. It is located south of the city of Porto on the other side of the Douro River. The city proper had a population of 178,255 in 2001. The municipality has an area of 168.46 km². and a total population of 302,295 inhabitants (2011), making it the most populous municipality in Norte Region. Gaia along with Porto and 12 other municipalities make up the commonly designated Porto Metropolitan Area. The city contains many cellars (locally known as "caves") where port wine is stored and aged. These cellars have become a major tourist attraction. The 2007–08 Liga de Honra season was the 18th season of the competition and the 74th season of recognised second-tier football in Portugal. The season was started on 18 August 2007. The fixtures (or schedule of games to be played) were announced on 12 July 2007. Fátima and Freamunde were promoted to the Liga Vitalis. The first goalscorer of the season was Tatu, who scored a 4th-minute goal for Desportivo das Aves against Olhanense in, one of the four games, the kick-off that ended 1–2 for Olhanense.
