Pedro Costa De Oliveira
Pedro Costa de Oliveira (1896 – after 1957), known as Pedro the Clown (Portuguese: ''Pedro Palhaço''), was a Brazilian serial killer and rapist who murdered three women in Rio Grande do Sul from 1922 to 1952. Convicted and sentenced to 130 years imprisonment in total, he was considered one of the longest-serving inmates in the state, but his exact year of death is unknown. Early life Pedro Costa de Oliveira was born sometime in 1896 in the city of Camaquã, the only child of a Brazilian, Florencio Ramos, and a Paraguayan mother, Maria José de Araujo. He left his parents' home at an early age to join a travelling circus where he worked as a clown, earning him the nickname "Pedro the Clown". In the early 1920s, he left the circus and found a job as a stoker's assistant for the Rio Grande do Sul State Railroad Company, settling in the city of Montenegro. Pedro Oliveira (born December 3, 1971, in Bangui, Central African Republic) is a Portuguese innovation scholar who is Dean of Nova School of Business and Economics for the period 2023-26, succeeding Daniel Traça. He is also Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation Chair Professor for the Impact Economy and Full Professor at Nova School of Business and Economics, professor with special responsibilities at Copenhagen Business School, and an entrepreneur. Previously he was a professor of Technology and Innovation Management at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. He is best known for his work in the notion of patient innovation and for founding the Patient Innovation platform. He is also an Academic Scholar at the Cornell Institute of Healthy Futures. Pedro Miguel Ferreira de Oliveira (born 30 November 1981) is a Portuguese former football midfielder. Club career After more than one decade in the youth academy of Boavista F.C. in his hometown of Porto, Oliveira moved to neighbours FC Porto at the age of 18, where he was largely unsuccessful, going on to serve loans for the following two and a half years and starting at Académica de Coimbra in January 2003. In the 2005–06 season he signed for Vitória F.C. in a permanent deal, having played there the previous year on loan. In the summer of 2006, Oliveira left for Romania's CFR Cluj along with a handful of Portuguese players. Pedro Diogo Tavares Martins de Oliveira (born January 1, 1988) is a Portuguese swimmer, who specialized in backstroke and butterfly events. He is a two-time Olympian (2008 and 2012), and a double silver medalist in the 200 m backstroke at the European Junior Championships (2005 and 2006). He also holds four Portuguese records, two national titles, and has produced a stellar performance at the NCAA Swimming Championships, earning five All-American titles as a member of Louisville Cardinals.
