Pedro Casella
Pedro Casella (31 October 1898 – 18 June 1971) was a Uruguayan footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He played all three matches for Uruguay at 1923 South American Championship. He was part of national team squads which defended South American Championship title in 1924 and won gold medal at 1924 Olympics, but didn't play any matches in both tournaments as Andrés Mazali Andrés Mazali Gini (22 July 1902 – 30 October 1975), nicknamed as El Buzo (The Diver), was a goalkeeper who played for the Uruguay national team. Montevideo () is the Capital city, capital and List of cities in Uruguay, largest city of Uruguay. The 1921 South American Championship was the fifth continental championship for nations in South America. It was held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from 2 to 30 October 1921. The participating countries were Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay (which debuted in this edition) and Uruguay. Chile was also invited but withdrew before the draw due to internal dissent, and an invitation was sent to Argentine dissident Asociación Amateurs de Football that originated a conflict with the Argentine Football Association (the official local governing body and organiser of the competition). Andrés Mazali Gini (22 July 1902 – 30 October 1975), nicknamed as El Buzo (The Diver), was a goalkeeper who played for the Uruguay national team. He spent his entire club career with Nacional. He was a twice Olympic gold medalist for Uruguay in the 1924 Olympics and 1928 Olympics. He became famous for his decision to break curfew in the days leading up to the start of the first FIFA World Cup in Uruguay, deciding to go out on a date with a mystery blonde.
