Pawan Kumar Sehrawat is an Indian kabaddi player who plays for Telugu Titans in the Pro Kabaddi League and represents Indian Railways. Pawan became the most expensive player in the history of the Pro kabbadi league when Tamil Thalaivas picked him for 2.26 crores for the ninth season. He was bought by the Telugu Titans for Rs 2.60 crore for the tenth season and with this, he became the most expensive player in the history of the Pro Kabaddi League again. The 2022 Vivo Pro Kabaddi League was the ninth season of Pro Kabaddi League. The season began on 7 October 2022 and ended on 17 December 2022. Jaipur Pink Panthers defeated Puneri Paltan in the final match to win their second title. The player auction for season 9 was conducted on 5 August 2022 in Mumbai. The fixtures of the tournament were announced on 21 September 2022 and 11 October 2022 for the remaining tournament. The Indian National Kabaddi Team represents India in international men's kabaddi competitions. The team is by far the most successful national kabaddi side of any country, winning gold medals at the Asian Games in 1990 (the first year the sport was contested), 1994, 1998, 2002, 2006, 2010, and 2014, as well as winning all three Kabaddi World Cup events to date. The 2021–22 Vivo Pro Kabaddi League was the eighth season of Pro Kabaddi League. The season began on 22 December 2021. The usual travelling caravan format was changed to a single venue hosting all the matches of the season due to spread of COVID-19 pandemic in India. Haryana Steelers (HAR) is a Kabaddi team based in Panchkula, Haryana that plays in the Pro Kabaddi League. The team is currently led by Meetu Sharma and coached by Manpreet Singh. The team is owned by JSW Sports, part of the Jindal South West (JSW) Group. The Steelers play their home matches at Tau Devi Lal Stadium (Panchkula). The 2017 Vivo Pro Kabaddi League season was the fifth season of Pro Kabaddi League, a professional kabaddi league in India since 2014. It is organised by Mashal Sports and Star India.
