Pavol Šafranko
Pavol Šafranko (born 16 November 1994) is a Slovak professional footballer who plays as a forward for Liga I side Sepsi OSK. Club career Tatran Prešov Born in Stropkov, eastern Slovakia, Šafranko began his football career in the local club Tesla Stropkov, whose senior side only plays in lower regional divisions of Slovak football league system. He later transferred to Slovakia's oldest club, and the biggest one in Prešov Region, Tatran Prešov, where he spent two years in the youth teams. After graduation from the academy, he made a competitive debut for Tatran in a II. liga fixture against Spartak Trnava B, in a 7–0 victory, in the first round on 20 July 2013. He came on in the 82nd minute as a substitute for Peter Nworah. Overall, in his first season in senior football, he made 18 appearances, but made it to the starting line-up only once, again against Spartak Trnava B, on 6 October 2013. Stropkov
Stropkov (; rue, Стропков, hu, Sztropkó, , yi, סטראפקאוו) is a town in Stropkov District, Prešov Region, Slovakia. History The first written data about the town is from 1404, when Stropkov was already labeled as an ''oppidum'' (a townlet). The first owner of the town after the king was Ladislav Svatojursky. In order, the other landlords were Balickovci, Perinskovci, Peteovci. In 1408, the town's toll and castle (castellum) were mentioned for the first time. 2018–19 Scottish Championship
The 2018–19 Scottish Championship (known as the Ladbrokes Championship for sponsorship reasons) was the 24th season in the current format of 10 teams in the second tier of Scottish football. The fixtures were published on 15 June 2018, with the league starting on 4 August 2018. Aarhus Gymnastikforening (; commonly known as AGF ), is a professional sports club based in Aarhus, Jutland, Denmark. Jakub Sylvestr (born 2 February 1989) is a Slovak professional footballer who plays as a forward. He made six appearances for the Slovakia national team. Career Sylvestr scored his first hat-trick in a match against Tatran Prešov on 4 April 2009. On 19 February 2017, Sylvestr scored in his league debut for Danish Superliga club AaB. In his second match he scored a hattrick, and was voted ''Player of the Month'' in the league. In December 2017, he left the club. On 20 October 2020, Sylvestr joined Indian Super League club Chennaiyin FC on a one-year deal. Ján Kozák (born 17 April 1954) is a Slovak football manager and former player. Most recently, he managed Slovak national team. As the manager of Slovakia, his team qualified for the 2016 UEFA Euro, thus becoming Slovakia's first time to appear in the tournament. In 1981, Kozák became footballer of the year in Czechoslovakia. He played 254 matches in Czechoslovak First League and scored 57 goals. He also participated in UEFA Euro 1980 and the 1982 FIFA World Cup. His son Ján Kozák is also a former footballer, coach and one of the pioneers of footgolf in Slovakia. Filip Lesniak (born 14 May 1996) is a Slovak professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Georgian club Telavi. Career Tottenham Hotspur Lesniak started his football career at FC VSS Košice in Slovakia before joining the Tottenham Hotspur youth academy in January 2012.
