Pavel Soloviev
Dr. Pavel Aleksandrovich Solovyov (russian: Павел Александрович Соловьёв; June 26, 1917 – October 13, 1996) was a Soviet engineer born in Alekino in Kineshemsky District of Ivanovo Oblast. He specialised in the design of aircraft engines. Following the evacuation of the Rybinsk Aviation Institute in 1940, he went to work in Perm, where in 1953 he was made the head of his own design bureau - OKB-19 (now part of Aviadvigatel). His many awards and decorations included the Lenin Prize (1978), the USSR State Prize (1968), the title Hero of Socialist Labor (1966), four Orders of Lenin, the Order of the October Revolution, the Order of the Red Banner, the Order of the Red Star and the Medal "For Labour Valour". He was made deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR three times. Kineshemsky District (russian: Ки́нешемский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-one in Ivanovo Oblast, Russia.According to Law #145-OZ, the borders of the administrative and municipal districts are identical. Law #42-OZ lists the inhabited localities included in the municipal district. It is located in the northeast of the oblast. The area of the district is . Its administrative center is the town of KineshmaLaw #145-OZ (which is not administratively a part of the district).Law #145-OZ stipulates that the borders of the administrative districts are identical to the borders of the municipal districts. The Supreme Soviet of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics ( rus, Верховный Совет Союза Советских Социалистических Республик, r=Verkhovnyy Sovet Soyuza Sovetskikh Sotsialisticheskikh Respublik) was, beginning in 1936, the most authoritative legislative body of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), and the only one with the power to approve constitutional amendments. Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov. ( 1870 – 21 January 1924), better known as Vladimir Lenin,. was a Russian revolutionary, politician, and political theorist. He served as the first and founding head of government of Soviet Russia from 1917 to 1924 and of the Soviet Union from 1922 to 1924.
