Paul Charles Quinn (born 21 July 1985) is a Scottish footballer. His usual position is right back, but he can also play at centre back or on the right wing. Quinn started his career at Motherwell and has also played for Cardiff City, Doncaster Rovers, Ross County (two spells), Aberdeen and Dundee United. Career Motherwell Born in Wishaw, Quinn came through the youth ranks at Motherwell and signed a professional contract with the club on 12 May 2002. In the 2002–03 season, he made his first professional appearance for the club, replacing Brian Dempsie as a substitute during the SPL game against Celtic on 1 December 2002. Paul Quinn (Missouri Politician)
Paul Quinn (born October 31, 1943) is an American politician from the state of Missouri. A Democrat, he served as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives from the 9th District from 2007 to 2012. The district formerly encompassed all or parts of Audrain, Boone, Chariton, Howard and Monroe counties. However, due to redistricting following the 2010 United States Census, Quinn's district was redrawn, placing him in the 40th District. He was defeated in the 40th District race by Republican Jim Hansen in November, 2012. He was first elected to the Missouri House in 2006. Personal history Paul Quinn was born in Hannibal, Missouri and raised in Monroe County. Paul Quinn ( – 20 October 2007) was a young man from County Armagh, Northern Ireland, who was murdered in 2007. His family subsequently accused the Provisional Irish Republican Army (IRA) of his murder, though no one has ever been convicted in relation to his death. Attack, torture and murder in Tullycoora On 20 October 2007, Paul Quinn (21), a native of Cullyhanna, County Armagh, was lured to a farm at Tullycoora, near Oram in County Monaghan, where three of his friends were held hostage. When he arrived at the farm, a group of some ten or more men beat him with iron and nail-studded bars for upwards of half an hour, breaking every major bone in his body. He was taken at around 18:00 to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, where he died two hours later. Bernard Paul Quinn (born 5 May 1951) is a New Zealand businessman, former rugby union player and politician, and a member of the National Party. He was elected into the 49th New Zealand Parliament in 2008 by way of the party list and served for one term until 2011. In 2013, he had the option of returning to Parliament following the resignation of MP Jackie Blue as he was the highest ranked person on the party list, but he declined the opportunity, instead making way for Paul Foster-Bell.
