Paul Holmes (producer)
Paul Holmes is a British freelance television director and lecturer at Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland. Holme wrote and directed a short film '' Sniper 470'', starring actors Billy Boyd and Carmen Pieraccini. Holmes was nominated for a BAFTA for producing the short ''A Small Deposit'', along with director Eleanor Yule. He also produced and directed a short film ''Going Down''. Hububb
Hububb is a Children's Television programme broadcast on BBC One in the United Kingdom, it was named after Les Bubb who also played the title character with the same name. The show ran from 1997 until 2001. Five series of the show were made. It was repeated on the CBBC Channel in 2002. The show is about a delivery man who lives in a tower in the centre of Edinburgh who kept getting into all sorts of bother, he is also known for using his trusty mountain bike which he uses for his work. ''River City'' is a Scottish television soap opera that was first broadcast on BBC One Scotland on 24 September 2002. ''River City'' follows the lives of the people who live and work in the fictional district of Shieldinch. Byker is a district in the east of the city and metropolitan borough of Newcastle upon Tyne.
