Patrick Kenneth Martin (born May 23, 1983) is an American professional wrestler and physical therapy clinician, better known by the ring name, Alex Shelley, makes appearances with Impact Wrestling (formerly known as Total Nonstop Action Wrestling), where he is a former one-time X Division Champion and two-time World Tag Team Champion. He first gained fame on the independent circuit, working for Ring of Honor (ROH), as well as in Japan, for Pro Wrestling Zero1-Max. Patrick D. "Pat" Martin (born December 13, 1955, in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a Canadian politician. He was a member of the House of Commons of Canada from 1997 to 2015, representing the riding of Winnipeg Centre for the New Democratic Party. Career Martin graduated from Argyle High School in 1974. He worked as a journeyman carpenter for several years, and was employed in forest service, mines and construction. Martin also served as business manager of the Manitoba Carpenters Union from 1989 to 1997, and was vice-president of the Manitoba Federation of Labour for a time. He has been a member of the executive of the Manitoba Building Trades Council, and was part of the Winnipeg 2000 Economic Development Committee. Martin was first elected to the Canadian House of Commons in the 1997 federal election, defeating Liberal incumbent David Walker by a margin of 10,979 votes to 9,895. Patrick Francis Martin (April 13, 1894 – February 4, 1949) was a Major League Baseball pitcher from 1919 to 1920. He played for the Philadelphia Athletics. Martin started seven major league games and went 1–6. Martin also pitched in the minor leagues from 1913 to 1927, compiling a career minor league record of 163–125. His greatest season was 1916, with the Eastern League's New London Planters. He pitched a career-high 248 innings, won a career-high 21 games, and led the league in winning percentage. Patrick Henry "Pat" Martin (August 19, 1923 – April 21, 1987) was an American bobsledder who competed in the late 1940s and early 1950s. He was born and lived in Massena, New York, 80 miles north of Lake Placid. Pat Martin is a retired professional broadcaster formerly on KRXQ. As of July 6, 2021, he did the morning show on sister station KSEG The Eagle, the classic rock station in Sacramento, California. Early life Martin grew up in Southern California. He attended Lynwood High School after which he attended Magnolia High School in Anaheim. He then attended Cypress College before transferring to San Diego State University, where he began working at campus radio station KCR-FM. Martin's first experience in the entertainment industry was in 1968 on the Art Linkletter Show, on the segment known as "Kids Say The Darndest Things". Career Upon graduating from college, Martin was hired by KGB-FM in San Diego, where he worked from 1978 to 1988 with a one-year break in between to work at KMET-FM in Los Angeles in 1986–1987.
