Patrick Henry Winston Jr.
Patrick Henry Winston Jr. (August 22, 1847 – April 3, 1904) was a lawyer and newspaper editor who served as United States Attorney for the District of Washington in 1890. According to one biography, "It is difificult to describe such a man or to give a satisfactory account of his career. His personality always outshone and dazzled his achievement." United States Attorney for the District of Washington is a defunct United States Attorney's office that served Washington Territory and then Washington (U.S. state) until 1906. The U.S. Attorney for Washington was the chief law enforcement officer for the United States District Court for the District of Washington.
