Pataki (film)
'' Pataki ''(English: ''Firecracker'') is an Indian Kannada-language action comedy film directed by Manju Swaraj and produced by S. V. Babu under the banner S.V.Productions. Starring Ganesh and Ranya Rao playing the lead roles while Arjun Janya compose the music. The film was a remake of Telugu film ''Pataas''. Plot Surya is a corrupt IPS officer who gets himself transferred to Bangalore as ACP and misuses his power to gain monetary benefits in unorthodox methods. During this process, he also encourages a local MP named Rudra Prathap, who has become a headache to Agni, the DGP of Bangalore. Surya happens to be Agni's son, who is angry at the latter as his supposed negligence killed his mother and just born sister, though Agni actually left his wife in the hospital to save several families in a riot. Manju Swaraj (Director)
Manju Swaraj is an Indian film director, screenwriter who works in Kannada cinema. He rose to fame with 2009 film Shishira, 2013Shravani Subramanya.2017 Srikanta and 2017 Pataki, 2019Mane Maratakkide. Career Manju Swaraj started his film career by working as an assistant director to Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar in 2005 film ''Amrithadhare''. He made his direction debut in 2009 film '' Shishira'' which got positive reviews and was remade in Tamil and dubbed for Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. Vijay Prakash
Vijay Prakash (born 21 February 1976) is an Indian Playback singer and also a Music Composer from Karnataka. He has given his voice for predominantly Kannada and Telugu language films. In addition, he has also sung in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Marathi. He is one of the judges for the Kannada reality show ''Sa Re Ga Ma Pa'' on Zee Kannada. He has also performed shows with Zakir Hussain. Prakash won the Karnataka Government's 'Best Playback Singer' award for the year 2016 for the song "Nammooralli Chaligaladalli" from the film ''Beautiful Manasugalu''. Vijay Chendoor is an Indian actor and writer who works in Kannada-language films.
