Pat Byrne (singer)
Pat Byrne is an Irish singer songwriter from Borris, County Carlow. In 2012, Byrne was crowned the winner of the first series of ''The Voice of Ireland'', which led to the release of his debut album, "All or Nothing." In January 2019, Byrne emigrated to Austin, Texas, after several previous visits to the city that included recording sessions for the album Rituals, released in October 2018. Byrne had well-received performances in 2019 at the 30A Festival, SXSW, Kerrville Folk Festival and Nashville's Americana Festival. In July 2021, Byrne released his third album, "Into the Light." Borris, County Carlow
Borris (, formerly ''Buirgheas Ó nDróna'') is a village on the River Barrow, in County Carlow, Ireland. It lies on the R702 regional road. Borris has views of the neighbouring countryside with Mount Leinster and the Blackstairs Mountains to the east, and the Barrow Valley to the west. Keith Hanley (born 15 August 1993) is an Irish singer from Charleville, County Cork and the winner of ''The Voice of Ireland'' series 2 on 28 April 2013. Hanley's coach on the show was R&B singer Jamelia who was making her debut season on the show. He won a recording contract with Universal Music after he performed his winning song " Beggin'".
