Park im Grüene is a public park and a small amusement park in the Municipalities of the canton of Zürich, municipality of Rüschlikon in Switzerland. The park area comprises the former estate of Adele Duttweiler, Adele and Gottlieb Duttweiler that went to public use in 1947. Location The park area is situated in the Municipalities of the canton of Zürich, municipality of Rüschlikon on the northern Zimmerberg plateau in the Canton of Zürich overlooking Zürichsee and the Sihl Valley. Public transport is provided by the VBZ bus line 165 from Bürkliplatz Zürich and Arboretum Zürich towards ''Belvoir'' stop, and by the S8 (ZVV), S-Bahn Zürich line S8 to the Rüschlikon railway station. Name The park's Swiss German name literally means ''Park in the green'', but commonly used is ''Dutti-Park'', the popular nickname of Gottlieb Dutweiler. Rüschlikon
Rüschlikon is a municipality in the district of Horgen in the canton of Zürich in Switzerland. It is located on the west shore of Lake Zürich. Coat of arms Its coat of arms features a white shield showing a red rose with a yellow center and a green two-leaved stem. History Earliest archaeological findings are grave mounds from the early Iron Age Hallstatt culture (800-450BC) on the Zimmerberg mountain.
