''Paradox'' is the second studio album by Isyana Sarasvati. Released on September 1, 2017, the main songs are "Anganku Anganmu", "Sekali Lagi" and "Terpesona". This album is only sold in all KFC outlets in Indonesia. Theme and background Unlike the first album ''Explore!'', the contents of the lyrics are fictional stories and based stories on friends, while on ''Paradox'' almost all of the lyrics are related to her personal stories. Most of the song themes of the song and the lyrics strongly represent her feelings and personality. All songs in ''Paradox'' were originally written by Isyana Sarasvati who recognized this album as the album that best reflects her personal life. With the help of several Swedish producers, Isyana also had the chance to write and record her songs in Sweden since February 2017. Isyana Sarasvati
Isyana Sarasvati (born 2 May 1993) is an Indonesian singer-songwriter. She is a graduate of Singapore's Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and London's Royal College of Music. Known for her original compositions, she wrote all of the songs on her 2015 debut pop album, Explore! and on her two subsequent albums, Paradox (2017) and Lexicon (2019). She has also performed as an opera singer in Singapore. She is the recipient of numerous Indonesian and international awards. Early life and education Isyana was born in Bandung on 2 May 1993. She spent part of her early childhood outside Indonesia because her parents worked and studied in Belgium. When she was seven, her family moved to Bandung, West Java. Raisa Andriana, better known by her mononym Raisa (born in Jakarta on 6 June 1990), is an Indonesian singer and songwriter. She became publicly known for her song titled "Serba Salah". Afgansyah Reza better known by his mononym Afgan (born 27 May 1989) is an Indonesian singer and actor of Minangkabau people, Minangkabau descent. Early life and career Afgansyah Reza was born on 27 May 1989 in Jakarta and into a Muslim musical family of Minangkabau people, Minangkabau origin, although he never had any vocal training.
