Pantheon Of Heroes
The Pantheon of Heroes (a.k.a. the Pantheon of Super Heroes) is a 30th-century superhero team based on the Legion of Super-Heroes (former Legion artist, Dave Cockrum, drew the cover for the Pantheon's first story) and was introduced in ''Big Bang Comics''. Pantheon of Heroes first appeared in ''Big Bang'' #s 12, 14 and 18 – the “TimeBomber Saga” guest-starring Erik Larsen’s Savage Dragon. Mark Lewis, the man responsible for so many Big Bang logos designed a few of the earliest characters, and the slightly later Butterfly Queen. Fictional team history The Pantheon is a team in the 30th century, inspired by Ultragirl and based in Ultiman's hometown- Empire City. Their Head-Quarters was a space craft and later a citadel. Each year, they have had auditions for new members. They have had time traveling technology (first "Time Pills" than "Time Belts"). This allowed Ultragirl to join the group. Dave Cockrum
David Emmett Cockrum (; November 11, 1943 – November 26, 2006) was an American comics artist known for his co-creation of the new X-Men characters Nightcrawler, Storm, Colossus, and Mystique, as well as the antiheroine Black Cat. Cockrum was a prolific and inventive costume designer who updated the uniforms of the Legion of Super-Heroes. He did the same for the new X-Men and many of their antagonists in the 1970s and early 1980s. Early life Cockrum was born on November 11, 1943, in Pendleton, Oregon. His father was a lieutenant colonel of the United States Air Force, resulting in the Cockrums frequently transporting their household from one city to another for years. Cockrum discovered comic books at a young age; an early favorite was Fawcett's '' Captain Marvel'', especially Mac Raboy's Captain Marvel Jr. Other artists whose work the young Cockrum admired were Wally Wood, Gil Kane, Murphy Anderson, and Joe Kubert. Phantom Girl
Phantom Girl (Tinya Wazzo) is a superhero appearing in books published by DC Comics, and is a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes in the 30th and 31st centuries. In the Post-'' Zero Hour'' continuity, she is known as Apparition. She has the power to turn intangible, allowing her to phase through solid objects, as do all other natives of her home planet, Bgztl. Her mother is Winema Wazzo. Tinya’s ancestor Linnya Wazzo appears in DC’s ''New Age of Heroes'', in the Terrifics. Polar Boy
Polar Boy is a fictional character from the 30th century of the DC Universe, initially suggested by reader Buddy Lavigne of Northbrook, Illinois in the letters page of '' Adventure Comics'' #304, from January 1963. He was the first of several characters in this era who were created based on reader suggestions. Fictional character biography Brek Bannin grew up on the planet Tharr which is considered one of the hottest inhabited planets in the galaxy. Bannin's family lives in the hottest valley of the planet where the inhabitants developed the power to create super cold, snow and ice as a way to combat the persistent heat. He first tried out for the Legion in ''Adventure Comics'' #306 but was unable to control his powers. He was rejected because members felt his powers might interfere in missions. A blizzard is a severe snowstorm characterized by strong sustained winds and low visibility, lasting for a prolonged period of time—typically at least three or four hours. The Psycho-Pirate is the name of two supervillains appearin in American comic books published by DC Comics. Bob Frazer portrayed the character for his live action debut during The CW's 2018 Arrowverse crossover "Elseworlds (Arrowverse), Elseworlds".
