Pantha
Pantha is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Publication history Pantha first appeared in '' New Titans'' #73 (February 1991) and was created by Marv Wolfman and Tom Grummett. Fictional character biography Pantha was a cat-like member of one of the incarnations of the Teen Titans. During her time with the Titans, she had no knowledge as to her origins, whether she was a woman or a female panther before the Wildebeest Society mutated her. But tragically, her ultimately fruitless search led her to many dead-ends. The significance of her designation as "X-24" was also never revealed. While many of the other Titans were close friends, Pantha went out of her way to alienate herself from the team. Pantha was overtly hostile towards her teammates, often ridiculing and berating them. Baby Wildebeest
Baby Wildebeest is a fictional character in appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Publication history Baby Wildebeest was introduced in '' New Teen Titans'' vol. 2 #85 (April 1992) and was created by Marv Wolfman and Tom Grummett. Fictional character biography The Wildebeest Society experimented with genetically-created host bodies to house the tainted souls of Azarath. The Baby Wildebeest was their only successful experiment, before the organization was destroyed by the New Titans. Taking care of the infant creature, the Titans soon realized that it could transform to a grown-up Wildebeest, and let him join the team. Much to Pantha's annoyance, 'Baby' has always regarded her as his mother. Although the size of a human toddler, he had disproportionately powerful strength. Black Lantern Corps
The Black Lantern Corps is a fictional organization of corporeal revenants (resembling intelligent zombies or jiangshi) appearing in comic books published by DC Comics, related to the emotional spectrum. The group is composed of deceased fictional characters in zombie form that seek to eliminate all life from the DC Universe. Publication history Prior to the ''Blackest Night'' event, Black Hand ("leader" and first member of the Black Lantern Corps) had already been established as a villain within the pages of ''Green Lantern''. Wildebeest Society
Wildebeest is the name of different characters appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. History Wildebeest I The first Wildebeest is a poacher and mercenary who was an enemy of Chris King and Vicki Grant. Wildebeest Society The second Wildebeest was a supervillain whose real name was never revealed, and who set up the Wildebeest Society, a criminal cartel that conducted various underhanded affairs for financial gain. Although the Society was made up of many members (some of them having previously worked for the H.I.V.E.), only one Wildebeest ever operated publicly, giving the illusion that all of their crimes were being committed by a single individual. The thinking behind this was that there would appear to be one villain, but "his" M.O. would seem to change with each crime, making "his" next move impossible to predict. Red Star (comics)
Red Star (russian: Kрасная Звезда, Krasnaya Zvezda, Leonid Konstantinovitch Kovar), formerly named Starfire (Звездный Огонь, Zvezdnyy Ogon'), is a superhero in the DC Universe. Publication history A former member of the Teen Titans, Red Star first appeared under the name Starfire in ''Teen Titans'' #18 (Dec. 1968) and was created by Len Wein, Marv Wolfman and Bill Draut. Fictional character biography While still a young teenager, Leonid Kovar and his father Konstantin (an archaeologist) investigate a spaceship that has crashed into the Yenisei River; during their investigation the ship explodes. It imbues Leonid with energy and gives him super-strength, speed, and pyrokinesis. Being a Russian patriot who believes in communism, he offers his services to his country and becomes the first official Russian superhero in the DC Universe, taking the name Starfire. Superboy-Prime
Superboy-Prime (Clark Kent, born Kal-El), also known as Superman-Prime or simply Prime, is a DC Comics superhero turned supervillain and an alternate version of Superman. The character first appeared in ''DC Comics Presents'' #87 (November 1985) and was created by Elliot S. Maggin and Curt Swan (based upon the original Superboy character by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster). Superboy-Prime is from a parallel Earth called Earth-Prime, devoid of any superheroes, or even superhumans. There, Superman and the other comic superheroes were fictional characters, as they are in real life. The Earth-Prime universe was erased during ''Crisis on Infinite Earths'' (April 1985-March 1986), and Superboy-Prime ended up in a "paradise" dimension where, during that time, he found himself unable to let go of his former life and destiny as Earth's greatest hero.
