Pandikar Amin bin Mulia ( Jawi: ڤنديكر أمين بن مليا; born 17 September 1955) is a Malaysian politician who has served as President of United Sabah National Organisation (New) (USNO Baru) since February 2021. The Malay language has a complex system of styles, titles and honorifics which are used extensively in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the southern Philippines. Sultan Muhammad V ( Jawi: ; born 6 October 1969) has reigned as the 29th Sultan of Kelantan since September 2010 and served as the 15th Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia from December 2016 until his abdication in January 2019. He was proclaimed Sultan of Kelantan on 13 September 2010, succeeding his father, Sultan Ismail Petra, who was deemed incapacitated by illness. Tun Datuk Seri Panglima Sakaran Mohd Hashim bin Dandai (15 April 1930 – 30 August 2021) was a Malaysian politician. Biography He served as the 8th Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Sabah from January 1995 to December 2002, 8th Chief Minister of Sabah briefly from March 1994 to December 1994 and Member of Parliament (MP) for Semporna from August 1986 to April 1995. In August 2021, Sakaran Dandai was diagnosed with COVID-19 and admitted to intensive care unit (ICU) at Gleneagles Hospital, Kota Kinabalu.
