Pamela R. Jeffries
Pamela R. Jeffries is an American professor of nursing and serves as dean of Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. She is nationally recognized as an expert in nursing, with a focus on simulation and education. Early life and education Jeffries graduated with a B.Sc. in Nursing from Ball State University, Indiana, in 1976 and subsequently obtained M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Nursing from Indiana University Bloomington (IU) in 1982 and 1996 respectively. Career Jeffries started her career as an assistant professor of nursing at the IU School of Nursing and later served as faculty member of the Graduate School and as associate dean of undergraduate programs.
