The Pakistan women's national cricket team toured Ireland and England in August and September 2012. In Ireland, they played Bangladesh women's national cricket team, Bangladesh in 1 Women's One Day International, One Day International and 1 Women's Twenty20 International, Twenty20 International, as well as playing in the two Ireland Women's Tri-Series, against Bangladesh and Ireland women's cricket team, Ireland. They then went to England, and played England women's cricket team, England in 2 T20Is and the West Indies women's cricket team, West Indies in 1 T20I. Salma Khatun (born 1 October 1990) is a Bangladeshi cricketer who plays for the Bangladesh cricket team. She plays as right-handed batter and right-arm off break bowler. She was the captain of Bangladesh between 2008 and 2020, including captaining the side in their first One Day International and Twenty20 International. Early life and background Salma Khatun was born on 1 October 1990 in Khulna, Bangladesh. She started at first to play cricket with the boys in Khulna. She was trained under her coach Imtiaz Hossain Pilu. Career Bangladesh women team won historic silver medal in Asian games Women cricket competition in 2010 against China national women's cricket team. She was part of the team at the Asian Games in Guangzhou, China. Salma made her T20I debut against Ireland on 28 August 2012.
